Informativa sulla privacy di Natural Wonder
1. Titolare del trattamento

2. Quali dati trattiamo e perché
- Account: indirizzo email, nome dell'account Google (se accedi con Google), identificativo utente Firebase, metodo di accesso. Servono a creare l'account e a farti accedere. Base giuridica: esecuzione del contratto (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Dati di gioco: username, progressi, animali, oggetti, valute di gioco, missioni, impostazioni (lingua, audio, notifiche), date di registrazione e di ultimo accesso, versione dell'app, risultati in arena. Servono a far funzionare il gioco e a salvare i tuoi progressi. Base giuridica: contratto.
- Arena: se partecipi all'arena, il tuo username, livello, rango e la tua squadra di difesa sono visibili agli altri giocatori. Base giuridica: contratto.
- Acquisti: i pagamenti sono gestiti da Google Play; riceviamo il numero d'ordine, il prodotto e il token d'acquisto, mai i tuoi dati di pagamento. Servono a consegnarti ciò che hai comprato e a prevenire frodi. Base giuridica: contratto e obblighi di legge.
- Pubblicità (video con premio, solo quando scegli di guardarli): i video sono forniti da Google AdMob, che raccoglie identificativi del dispositivo (ID pubblicità), indirizzo IP e la posizione approssimativa che ne deriva, informazioni su dispositivo e app e le interazioni con gli annunci. Nello Spazio economico europeo, nel Regno Unito e in Svizzera ti chiediamo il consenso (modulo di Google) prima di mostrare annunci; puoi cambiare scelta in qualunque momento in Opzioni → Privacy → Consenso agli annunci. Base giuridica: consenso, dove richiesto.
- Notifiche: l'avviso "energia piena" è programmato sul tuo dispositivo; non invia dati.
- File del gioco e nuove versioni: le immagini sono incluse nell'app; le musiche delle battaglie vengono scaricate da Cloud Storage for Firebase (Google) e l'avviso di nuove versioni usa Firebase Remote Config, che assegna alla tua installazione un identificativo (ID installazione Firebase). Come ogni server web, questi servizi ricevono il tuo indirizzo IP. Le versioni del gioco precedenti alla 3.0.0 scaricavano questi file da GitHub (GitHub, Inc.).
- Google Play Games: se usi obiettivi e classifiche, Google li tratta secondo la propria informativa.
Non vendiamo i tuoi dati e non usiamo strumenti di analisi o di profilazione nostri.
3. Chi riceve i dati
Google (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Remote Config, Cloud Storage for Firebase, Firebase Hosting, AdMob, Google Play, Google Play Games) e GitHub (solo le versioni del gioco precedenti alla 3.0.0), come responsabili del trattamento o titolari autonomi per i propri servizi. I dati possono essere trasferiti negli Stati Uniti sulla base dell'EU-US Data Privacy Framework e/o delle clausole contrattuali standard. 4. Per quanto tempo
Finché il tuo account esiste. Quando elimini l'account, l'account, i dati di gioco e la difesa in arena vengono cancellati subito. Google Play conserva i propri registri degli acquisti secondo le sue regole. Le email che ci scrivi sono conservate per il tempo necessario a risponderti.
5. Eliminare l'account
Nel gioco: Profilo → Elimina Account. Senza il gioco: segui le istruzioni nella pagina Elimina il tuo account.
6. I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità dei dati e opporti al trattamento (artt. 15–22 GDPR), e revocare il consenso in qualunque momento, scrivendo a nw.infohelp@gmail.com. Puoi anche presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it) o all'autorità del tuo Paese.
7. Minori
Il gioco non è rivolto ai minori di 13 anni. In Italia i minori di 14 anni possono usarlo solo con il consenso di un genitore. Se pensi che un minore ci abbia fornito dati, scrivici e li cancelleremo.
8. Sicurezza
I dati sono conservati sui server Firebase di Google e viaggiano su connessioni cifrate (HTTPS). Nessun sistema è sicuro al 100%.
9. Modifiche
Se l'informativa cambia aggiorneremo questa pagina e la data in alto.
Natural Wonder Privacy Policy
1. Data controller

2. What data we process and why
- Account: email address, your Google account name (if you sign in with Google), a Firebase user ID, the sign-in method. Used to create your account and sign you in. Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
- Game data: username, progress, animals, items, in-game currencies, missions, settings (language, audio, notifications), registration and last access dates, app version, arena results. Used to run the game and save your progress. Legal basis: contract.
- Arena: if you take part in the arena, your username, level, rank and defence team are visible to other players. Legal basis: contract.
- Purchases: payments are handled by Google Play; we receive the order number, the product and the purchase token, never your payment details. Used to deliver what you bought and prevent fraud. Legal basis: contract and legal obligations.
- Ads (rewarded videos, only when you choose to watch one): videos are served by Google AdMob, which collects device identifiers (advertising ID), your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device and app information and ad interactions. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent (Google's consent form) before showing ads; you can change your choice at any time in Options → Privacy → Ad privacy choices. Legal basis: consent, where required.
- Notifications: the "energy full" reminder is scheduled on your device; it sends no data.
- Game files and new versions: images are included in the app; battle music is downloaded from Cloud Storage for Firebase (Google), and the new-version notice uses Firebase Remote Config, which gives your installation an identifier (Firebase installation ID). Like any web server, these services receive your IP address. Game versions before 3.0.0 downloaded these files from GitHub (GitHub, Inc.).
- Google Play Games: if you use achievements and leaderboards, Google processes them under its own privacy policy.
We don't sell your data and we don't use analytics or profiling tools of our own.
3. Who receives the data
Google (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Remote Config, Cloud Storage for Firebase, Firebase Hosting, AdMob, Google Play, Google Play Games) and GitHub (only game versions before 3.0.0), as processors or as independent controllers for their own services. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. 4. How long
As long as your account exists. When you delete your account, the account, your game data and your arena defence are deleted at once. Google Play keeps its own purchase records under its own rules. Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to answer them.
5. Deleting your account
In the game: Profile → Delete Account. Without the game: follow the instructions on the Delete your account page.
6. Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to its processing (GDPR arts. 15–22) and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to nw.infohelp@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of your country.
7. Children
The game is not directed to children under 13. Where local law sets a higher age (14 in Italy), younger players need the consent of a parent. If you think a child has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
8. Security
Data is stored on Google's Firebase servers and travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is 100% secure.
9. Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
